⚖️ Data protection and works council: your obligations

Read the data processing agreement: you are the controller for staff, customer and applicant data; we process it on your behalf.
Read the DPA
Inform employees and applicants which data you store in Crewtender (Art. 13 GDPR).
If there is a works council, obtain its consent before using the time clock, patrol rounds, ratings and reports (§ 87(1) no. 6 BetrVG; in other countries the local employee representation).
Do not write health information, reasons for illness or criminal record data in free-text fields.
Crewtender deletes automatically after fixed periods (e.g. clock times after 2 years). You must keep invoices and receipts for 8 to 10 years: download the archive before deleting the account.
