1. Company & team → App access → "Invite person".

   Open Company & team

2. Choose the access level (the "?" explain each level) and the location. Finances are off and only unlocked when needed. The tax accountant gets "Viewer" access.

3. Read the review page: it shows what the person can see and do. Only "Yes, invite like this" creates the link.

4. Many workers at once: "Invite workers", tick the people and share the links via WhatsApp, text message or as a printed QR code.

💡 Tips

• Only grant as many permissions as the work requires (data protection). Every change is recorded in the change log.
