1. More → Receipts → "📸 Capture receipt": choose a photo or PDF and tap "🤖 Read it automatically".

   Open receipts

2. Check date, supplier, amount, tax rate and category, then save. The AI can misread.

3. Captured incorrectly? "Cancel receipt" instead of deleting; the receipt is kept for record retention.

4. Download the month as a DATEV booking batch and give it to the tax accountant, or set up viewer access for the tax accountant.
