1. Company & team → Shift schedule: date, time, place of work and person, weekly for up to 8 weeks if you wish.

2. Crewtender checks the Working Hours Act (maximum 10 hours, 11 hours' rest, breaks). If there is a warning, adjust the plan or confirm it deliberately.

3. Open shift: leave the person empty and choose the occupation. Matching workers get a notification; whoever taps first gets the shift.

4. If someone drops out at short notice, you see it on the overview. Crewtender suggests available people; one tap on the name reschedules.
