🤖 What the AI can and cannot do

For: everyone who works with Crewtender (AI literacy under Art. 4 AI Act)

Crewtender uses the AI model Claude by Anthropic for: rating tenders, fact sheets from tender documents, the search profile from the company website, reading receipts and expiry dates, bid texts.
AI results are marked (🤖). They are suggestions: always check deadlines, lots, supporting documents and amounts against the original before relying on them.
The AI makes no decisions about people. Staff search, replacement suggestions, ratings and shift planning work with fixed rules; a human always makes the decision.
Do not upload personnel files, health data or background checks. Names of contact persons in tender documents are redacted before they reach the AI.
The data goes to Anthropic in the USA (standard contractual clauses) and is not used there for training. During the trial period there is a fixed AI quota per company.
